1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the TRM-Referral Website (the "Website"), a platform that connects job seekers with job opportunities through trusted referrals. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website. 

2. Eligibility

To use the Website, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are also solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Website, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or post on the Website ("User Content"). You agree that your User Content will not be: Illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harassing

5. Referrals and Incentives

The Website incentivizes successful referrals through a reward system. However, we reserve the right to change or discontinue the reward system at any time, and without notice. We also reserve the right to withhold rewards if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a referral or job placement was fraudulent or violated these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
